Dr. David Cyubahiro is a General Surgery resident and medical professional with a strong interest in healthcare, medical education, student leadership, and institutional development. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is currently pursuing postgraduate training in General Surgery.

He has also been actively involved in student leadership and representation, working to facilitate communication among students and advocate for their academic and welfare-related interests.
