📍 Dr. Zainab Ingabire is a highly skilled Consultant Internist with subspecialty training in gastroenterology and hepatology, currently practicing at King Faisal Hospital. She earned her Doctorate in General Medicine in 2014 and completed her specialization in Internal Medicine in 2020 at the University of Rwanda . Further strengthening her expertise, she obtained a Fellowship degree in Gastroenterology and hepatology from University of Rwanda in 2024. Dr Ingabire has a good experience in the medical field, providing comprehensive care in internal medicine and managing complex chronic gastroenterology conditions. She possesses a high proficiency in endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies with adaptation to updated developments in technology. She offers customized treatment plans that often combine lifestyle changes, dietary adjustment and medications. Dr Ingabire is an internal medicine faculty, serving as undergraduate and research coordinator at the African Health Science University. She is an active member of AHSU admission committee as well as member of AHSU thesis, research and publication committee. Her academic profile and her medical carier contribute to continuous medical education and research. Dr Ingabire is an active member of the Rwanda College of Physicians, Rwanda Society of Endoscopy and she is certified by Rwanda Medical council. She is committed to deliver evidence-based patient-centered care, combining technical expertise with compassionate approach to improve patients' quality of life.
