Cohort 3 students and staff gathered at the AHSU welcome sign on induction day

Africa Health Sciences University (AHSU) has officially welcomed Cohort 3 students, marking the start of their induction and the beginning of a new academic chapter. The campus was full of energy as new faces arrived, ready to learn, ask questions and become part of the AHSU family.

We are delighted to welcome students joining the Midwifery Program, residents in our specialty residency programs, and the inaugural cohort of the MSc in Cardiovascular Perfusion.

A warm start to the journey

Induction is more than an introduction to timetables and campus facilities. It is the moment new students meet their classmates, faculty and mentors, and begin to understand the values that shape life at AHSU: compassion, excellence and a commitment to serving communities.

For many of our midwifery students and residents, this marks a major step toward their professional goals. For the MSc in Cardiovascular Perfusion, it is a historic milestone, as AHSU welcomes the very first students into this specialized program.
