📍 RUKUNDO Emmanuel is a dedicated public health professional with over four years of progressive experience in clinical services, administrative coordination, and health system support within Rwanda’s healthcare sector. He currently serves as Administrative Assistant in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF), where he supports the efficient delivery of specialized reproductive health services. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Medicine and Community Health from the University of Rwanda and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Mount Kigali University. His academic training is complemented by practical expertise gained since August 2020, during which he served as a Clinical Officer and Head of the Outpatient Department at Rugarama Health Centre. In that role, he combined frontline clinical responsibilities with administrative functions, including correspondence management, meeting coordination, report preparation, and the supervision of student clinical rotations. Emmanuel has demonstrated particular strength in health data management, having led Data Quality Assessment (DQA) activities to ensure accuracy and integrity in health system reporting. He is a co-author of several scientific manuscripts currently under review in peer-reviewed international journals, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based practice and research. He has further broadened his competencies through a One Health Digital Internship and holds professional certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Assistance from ALX Africa. A multilingual professional, Emmanuel communicates fluently in Kinyarwanda (native), English, and holds working knowledge of French and Spanish. He is recognized for his professionalism, organizational discipline, and collaborative spirit, with a strong commitment to advancing efficient administrative systems that support quality healthcare delivery and institutional excellence.
